7 Exciting Producers– 16 products available. As a starting point, Spiritus partnered with five renowned US distilleries and imported a small selection of their products. Now we are also carrying two exciting New Zealand craft start ups.
Ballast Point Brewing and Spirits – Starting as a small group of home brewers who simply wanted to make better beer, Ballast Point evolved into the adventurous brand now leading the San Diego craft scene. Mainly to see if they could add their own spin to another centuries-old craft, Ballast Point has successfully developed a range of fantastic spirits. Their plan for the future is simple: keep doing more of what they love.

Dry Fly Distilling – Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann were inspired by the natural beauty of the great Northwest to create Dry Fly and its range of distinctive spirits. “We felt so fortunate that we wanted to find some way to share the natural beauty and purity of the great Northwest. What better way than by producing fly fishing inspired distilled spirits, made from only the purest locally grown ingredients? Heck, even the name sort of presented itself.”

FEW Spirits – A small and successful distillery in Evanston,Illinois. They follow the grain to glass philosophy – making the raw spirit in their own facility. “If you don’t have quality, you don’t have a whole lot…..Not everyone is going to like FEW spirits, but the few who do, are really going to like it”.

Koval Distillery – Established in 2008, by a husband and wife team, Koval produces organic whiskey, liqueurs and specialty spirits in Chicago’s first distillery since the mid-1800s.

Mississippi River Distilling – Born of the finest grains, harvested just up the hill from the distillery, these are spirits born of land and water which draw us curiously back to a different era. Made for you, not for the masses.

Spirits Workshop – Run by four friends who have an unvarnished obsession with distilling, they leapt in boots first to put some whisky in barrels, which will age for a few years. Now they’ve turned to making gin from the same all Canterbury single-malt base.
