All order will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 per order for standard delivery, and $10.00 per rural delivery to anywhere within New Zealand.

Currently we are unable to ship outside of New Zealand.

Things you should be aware of regarding delivery:

  • We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
  • We aim to dispatch and deliver your purchase to you within 3 working days, anywhere in NZ. Our normal delivery is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Sorry no deliveries on Sundays, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas day and the morning of ANZAC Day.
  • Deliveries need to be to a physical addresses, and will not be made to PO boxes.
  • In NZ it is against the law to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. Please make sure that someone will be available to take delivery at the requested time because we will not leave it on the door step!
  • Stock levels on our website are updated regularly and we make every effort to ensure that these match the reality. If however an item has become out of stock when you’ve placed an order, we will contact you and suggest an alternative.
  • Spiritus may choose not to deliver the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever. If this happens the customer will be informed of this choice and a refund will be made.
  • Spiritus will not be liable for any failure to deliver within its 3 day promise. We will contact you if we know of any delay.
  • Delivery will be deemed to have taken place upon the transfer of possession of the Products from Spiritus to a carrier or courier for the purposes of transmission to the Customer.

Requirements of you:

  • You must be over the age of 18.
  • You must pay for your order (and Spiritus will wait until funds have cleared before shipping).
  • You will show current identification to the person delivering the goods. This identification must include the Customer’s full name, date of birth, photo and signature.
  • Spiritus cannot deliver to any Customer who doesn’t show identification proving they are 18 years or older.
  • Since we need your signature, please consider which address (home or work) will suit you best.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We ask that you choose your purchase carefully as we are not bound to provide a refund if you have changed your mind.

If a delivery is broken or damaged we will resend or refund the order but we do need to be advised within 48 hours of delivery.
